Exhibitor lunch is provided for every included or paid registered exhibitor representative on both days. Registered representatives are also included automatically in the President's Reception and the IIABC Awards Ceremony & dinner ({{ awardsWhen }}) — no extra registration. {{ lunchText }}

Meals are tied to registered representative badges; visitors to the public tradeshow do not receive exhibitor meals. Dietary requirements are collected per representative during registration.

{{ powerNote }}

During registration you indicate: no power required, standard power required, or special electrical requirements. Unusual requests are reviewed by IIABC with the venue. Bring your own extension cords and power bars.

Load-in on Day 1 begins at {{ setupStartLabel }}. IIABC staff will be on site to direct you.

Insurance & property

Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for their operations, property, staff, equipment and activities, and for their own property at all times, including overnight.
